🚨 Call for Expression of Interest – Supply of Specialized Surveillance Equipment and Drones
📍 Delivery locations: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia
🕒 Deadline: June 27, 2025
As part of the EU4FAST programme (“EU Support to Strengthen the Fight against Migrant Smuggling and Trafficking in Human Beings in the Western Balkans”), we are seeking to identify qualified suppliers capable of delivering the following equipment under DDP terms:
Lot 1 – Drones
- Drones with 4K wide-angle video cameras
- Drones with thermal imaging capabilities
Drones with night vision high definition feature
- Spare batteries, charging stations, protective transport cases
Lot 2 – Surveillance Equipment
- Night vision goggles
- Thermal cameras
- Endoscopes for inspection purposes
- Relevant accessories and protective cases

- Description of relevant experience with at least three similar contracts
- A copy of your company registration certificate
- The name and email of your designated point of contact
Minimum eligibility requirements:
- At least 3 closed financial years
- Ability to deliver DDP to the countries listed
- Acceptance of payment terms: 40% upon contract signature, 60% upon delivery
