Following a review of the procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority identified a procedural irregularity concerning the nationality eligibility conditions set out in the tender documents, which did not fully reflect the requirements applicable under the IPA III financing rules.
In accordance with Section 2.8 of the CIVIPOL Procurement Procedures Guide, the Contracting Authority has therefore decided to cancel the procedure.

No contract was signed, the procedure is cancelled.
