Lisa Raffy

Lisa has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Concordia University (Montreal), and a master’s in Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Sussex (Brighton, UK). She spent several years at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Geneva, where she worked in the areas of disarmament, demobilisation and reintegration (DDR), and prevention of violent extremism. She spent time in Mali and Iraq as part of her IOM missions, where she took charge of methodologies for intervention and for community stabilisation in zones where refugees. Lisa joined Civipol in October 2018 as project manager in the People Movement and Migration unit.
