Étienne Huyghe

Etienne holds a first year master’s degree (Master 1) in Public Law, first year master’s degree (Master 1) in Political Science and a master’s degree (Master 2) in International Relations, all from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is currently writing his PhD thesis on French cooperation policy in the area of security in the Sahel region. He was Assistant Rapporteur for the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs’ mission on ‘the presence and influence of France in international organisations and the European institutions.’ He has joined CIVIPOL as a doctoral student for the next three years.
