Quoc Dang Nguyen
Quoc Dang is a graduate of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and the Paris Institute of Urban Planning at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. For more than twenty years he has worked on the ground and in the headquarters of international organisations exploring the links and themes of ‘emergency and development’ and ‘stabilisation, peace and security’. Quoc Dang has worked as Deputy Manager, Technical Advisor, Coordinator of Cooperation Programmes and Humanitarian Affairs Specialist for UNICEF, the European Commission and several French NGOs. He also led the stabilisation unit within the department for Peace, Security and Stability for Expertise France which is the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development’s (MAEDI) international cooperation agency. He has been Head of CIVIPOL’s Identity/Civil Registration unit since November 2018.
